REFUNDS & RETURNS

We do not accept returns on any items.

If you receive the wrong item please email us at info@dozytattoo.co.uk with photographic evidence and we can either issue you a full refund for the item or send a replacement free of charge.

Refunds cannot be issued for gift vouchers.

If your item has gone missing, arrives damaged, or there are items missing due to transit please contact us at info@dozytattoo.co.uk so that we can offer you information to help make a claim through Royal Mail.
